So how difficult is it to install for a first time user? I got mine in the mail yesterday and was looking over directions and it seemed like there were a lot of things that could go wrong... I also have a mac and the USB drive just had programs for Microsoft so it wouldn't let me download the program.

The process is quite simple, but you might have to borrow a winders computer to get it going.

Why do you think you missed the sale? When I spoke with Dylan last week when I purchased mine, they had at least 25 kits available. Did you contact them directly in Houston to find out if they were totally out of stock?
The sale was only through their store, and you had to pay and have them ship everything to you. I would call them in the morning as they do answer the phones on Saturday for a little while.

Dude. Contact Eurocharged. This thread has their contact info. Hell go to their website. Call their number or email them. Either way someone will get with you. But they may be closed now so if nobody answers the only sure way of getting by our hands on the kit at this price is just pay for it online and you'll be golden. If you are not in the country the shipping will obviously be more, but the $730 shipped price is for US customers only.
I spent a lot of time on the phone with Nick and Dylan at the Houston office, which is where the kits are shipped from. I wouldn't wait around if you want one of these kits. Just do it man. Just do it. I did and I LIKE IT...

Double Shout Out to the guys at Eurocharged. They are all very helpful and will take the time to get you set up. I haven't really tested the tune hardcore as I have been busy, and it is raining a lot here lately. Once it clears up I will take it out and do a proper test on it. I will get back with the results.
If I didn't hate driving through Houston so much I'd drive and have them do a dyno test on the car. And well heck, now I just may do that anyway. They can do any tweeks on the tune that may be needed and get the dyno done all at the same time. They're only about three hours away. Gotta love that.

Another happy costumer!
Pulled the trigger on the unit and tune about two moth ago and can't be any happier with it.
As expected: power gain, no faults and better fuel consumption if you can keep the foot off the paddle.

2010 C63 AMG sedan
Ordered ours recently and got the handheld this past week. Updated the handheld, sent in our map....got the tuned map back a day later. Added a pair of K&N filters and the Eurocharged X-pipe then installed the tune......WOW, significant difference over stock. I've read where people say this tune really 'wakes up' the C63 AMG and I have to agree. Love the sharper shifts, the throttle behavior on downshifts, and of course....the extra horsepower. Took my wife out for a ride and when we launched from a dead stop.....she was shoved into her seat so hard that she started giggling.......that alone was worth the $$.
