Trade your C63 for a SL65 wide body
I know that trades almost never work but why not ask...
Is there anyone out there that would be interested in trading their C63 for my SL65?
My SL65 is a 2005 with 30k miles on it. I recently had a Prior Design Black Edition Kit installed. Check the build thread in the link below for more detail:

I suddenly find myself a family man in need of a back seat. Originally I was thinking CLS but have changed course to the C63.
Inbox me if you are interested.

Thank you sir.
The car was a garage queen when I took ownership, aftermarket wheels and clear bra where the only "mods" it had seen.
Not wanting to jeopardize potential warranty claims, I stuck to cosmetic mods myself. I did have the guys at BenzWorks do an ECU/TCU tune about 1,500 miles ago but that's it.
PM me if interested, I'll email over every detail about the car and plenty of documentation.
Any of you guys located in SoCal, I cant recommend BenzWorks and Strasse Sport enough!

The one on ebay is similar to mine & a very nice car (have seen in person). Mine however is an 05 vs 03 and an 65 vs 55.
I'm full prepared to take it on the chin, im only looking for roughly $55k trade value. So a trade would likley need to be a C63 plus some cash.

Wow, you got a nice SL65... I would keep it as my weekend car & buy a used C63 for the family.

Peter - your beautiful E63s is out of my budget. Beautiful car tho sir!
Roswell - I'm not a wealthy guy. I put $35k+ into this build which leaves about $5k for my daily driver budget if I keep the SL.
My choices are pretty much keep the SL and DD a beater or trade the SL for an exciting DD. Right now I'm leaning toward the latter option.

I enjoyed reading ur build thread very much. What an amazing work by ur 2 shops.
The only thing I would have done differently would be the wheel company choice. I heard horror stories about D2 forged & I'm surprised they are still in business. Lol

Man that is a sweet ride you have here .
As Meng mentioned you should keep it and get your daily beater for $5k.
I'm sure you put much effort/time/money into it. So once sold you'll miss it!

Yup - D2 went under. They tried to pull some slick stuff on me before the close but luckily my credit card company took care of me. That said, the wheels are beautiful and great quality. They should have been spec'd a bit more aggressive and the car is in need of some spacers and 345 in the rear vs the 325s I'm running. As you can see there is too much gap in the back.

And it must suck to spend big $$ & still need to use spacers. The fitment still look good on the pics though, I would leave them as is... But I feel you as a car enthusiast we always want to push it to the limit.
I agree with Anthony, ur car is so well executed & a head turner that I would drive a 5k$ minivan if I had to in order to keep the SL. Lol

That is a fine looking machine! Very nicely done!
I'm gonna have to agree with some of the other posters if I were you, I would get a cheap beater car if $5k is your budget, you can probably find a much cheaper car to either buy or hell, you could probably lease a camry for $0 down and $200 a month (thats your payment for 2 years) and keep the car.
I think if you let it go, you're going to regret it after a month.

Beautiful car! You will regret it if you get rid of your car. I did with my last project car, but it was so heavily modded, it would not pass state inspection.
I would lease a cheap car hell you can lease a G37x for 300 per month which is a nice car cheap. You will save dollars in gas money vs having a C63 as a daily driver
