Delivery day - finally - 2014 507 Edition with pics

I finally took deliver today on a car I bought sight unseen from Scottsdale AZ. This thing is a beast in person. 2014 507 Edition White over black interior, full leather, LSD, MB CPO'd with 14,000 miles on it. It did not have illuminated sills or the lighting upgrade. The HID lighting is the only thing I really might miss.
I'm coming out of an RS5 and this is a totally different, snarling animal by comparison. I think it will take a minute (and a good deal of open space) to get comfortable with pushing this car.
I had alread bought and today installed Forgestar F5V's in gloss gunmetal with PSS in 235 front and 265 rear. I know some people think this is a downgrade from the 507 wheels but I have never liked black wheels and I really like the concave look and the extra tire width. I have also vowed never again to spend $6000++ on a set of aftermarket wheels. I am quite happy with the outcome and look. I may be offering the 507 wheels for sale with some pretty new looking PSS rubber on them.
Plans are to install carbon spoiler, deck spoiler and splitter which are (already on order), remove the acceleration stickers, Eurocharged V5 tune (already acquired), front Expel wrap, and a full hardwired rader detector and laser jammer system. That will be it.
Now that the new wheels are on I dont even think I am going to deal with a drop. I like the look and ride quality just fine as is, which certainly makes life easier.

I have to say, though, and this is only my opinion, the white C63 with black accents looks better with black wheels.

There was no disrespect meant and nice to hear that you did your due diligence. I was just shocked to here of a 507 without the lighting package. I had yet to see one, this being the first.
Sorry, that's a bummer

Congrats, looks really good! For when you replace the lights https://mbworld.org/forums/c63-amg-w...r-install.html.

It has caused quite a stir LOL. Its a lot easier to upgrade the lights than it would have been to get the options that were lacking on other 507's that were for sale recently, like full leather, carbon interior trim, LSD. I have even seen a thread on here where someone shows how to retrofit illuminated AMG sills if I want that little bit of extra bling.

Clearly not standard in the US - don't know about OZ. Lighting package is listed as an option on other 507's for sale, just not the one I bought.
I do think its absurd that MB even offers anything but bi-xenons on this nice a car. I loved the adaptive xenons on my RS5, but I can live with a straight ahead version. I know I will be upgrading pronto and the DEPOs look like the right play.
