Car sat a week, loud tapping from engine at start

Hoping for some input. Car sat parked a week, upon the first start up in 7-8 days, there was a loud tapping noise from upper engine, the noise was RPM dependent, loudness didn't change with RPM, but speed of tapping was directly related. Car sat idling for a few minutes, then 3-5min into driving it was gone. Did not re-appear at subsequent start ups throughout the day.

Any similar experiences, thoughts?

Lifters. Very common when the car sits.

You're fine, nothing to worry about. Just takes them a minute to get all lubed up again after letting the car sit for some time.

Since I keep the oil level at the full line. There is no tapping noises anymore. Even if the car sits for couple weeks or more.

This wont really effect anything. Some people get the tapping, some dont. I let mine sit 4 months and didn't get the tapping. It's not like your oil level matters when your car isn't on because it will eventually all make it's way to the bottom of the engine/oil pan. Full line, min line, basically bone dry, it wont matter.
