On my way home from the track. P2101 comes up
So I'm on my way home from the track and in the middle of the highway my car bogs down to 20kmh. I pull off and get a tow home. My friend plugs in his OBD2 sensor and the code P2101 comes up. "Mercedes-Benz - Throttle Actuator Control Motor Circuit Range/Performance". We reset the car and everything works fine. About 20mins later it happens again.
While on the track I did not push it too hard, it was in sport mode the entire time and left traction control off. What could be the possible cause and solution? Thank you!

A sticky throttle blade or a wiring issue (ECU to throttle body) would be my first guesses. It may have been triggered by the higher under-hood temps at the track, but it's generally not something that you would damage by tracking the car.
