What tires are you guys running on? Size?
Hey everyone, I have a 2012 Coupe. I need 4 new tires all around, right now I'm on 235 in the front and 255 in the back. I'm on continental tires right now, and honestly am clueless on what the best tires to get for this car are. Let me know what you guys think I should get! I heard Michelin is pretty good. Thanks!

If not lowering...275. If lowering then 265. 245's in front. I had both conti and Pss. The conti were almost just as sticky, but handled better in wet conditions. Can't go wrong with either unless you're tracking...then Pss marginally are better

My car came with a new set of Falken Azenis in factory specs. I remember in my Honda days these tires were the BOMB! Now, all they do is spin. Can't wait to burn them up so I have an excuse to get new wheels/tires.

As you can also tell here, there is huge diversity on the issue of tire brand. You've asked what is "best", and the answer really depends on what you want out of your tires. It's always a tradeoff between grip, tread life and cost, and you can never have all three. Tell us what is most important to you and you'll likely get much better answers.

ive only used dunlop tyres when they my cars came delivered with them. i never actively sought them out. the tyres that ive used have been recently the dunlop sport maxx. and in the past, they were the top spec dunlops, from a few years back, and my father had dunlops on his clk 320 also.
whats wrong with them? ive always found dunlops to be very high on the road noise scale compared to other comparable tyres. and especially towards the end of its tyre life, when camber wear becames an issue, ive gottten vibration and weird repetitve noises at certain speeds, all using dunlops. as soon as i change over to new tyres, all the noise and vibration, nvh issues all disappear. and when i wear the other brand tyres down, i have never gotten that same negative issues that plagued dunlops.
im sure some have found dunlops to be fine with their cars. but from experience using them, i can say that using another brand eliminates all the traits that dunlops seem to carry with them. im not the only one that says dunlops run loud as well

Contisport 5P all round 235 and 255. Mainly due to having a buy 3 get 1 free promotion here in Aus and reckon they are good - they did take out best tyre in a comparison in our major car magazine in Aus (MOTOR mag but on a A45amg which is AWD). But I don't track my car and would find it difficult to understand how much of a difference you could really feel for everyday driving and have read some members say just get the cheap stuff (at least on the rears) which does make sense.

Assuming you can even find them. I waited months for Michelin to pump out more stock and gave up. Got the A/S 3 instead, which was only marginally easier to find. Pretty good tire so far, and I am coming from multiple sets of Bridgestone RE11's.

Just had some installed on my 507 Coupe in 245/35ZR19 and 275/30ZR19. Didn't have any problem getting them

Everyone and their mom will give the Michelin Pilot Super Sport's a *******, but they are horrible street tires, they are harder then rocks and you have to drive forever to heat them up.
I've been usning falkens for over a year, no issues, hooks up way better and the tire actually lasts me around 10,000KM instead of barely 3,000 like Michelin Pilot Super Sport's ..infact I have 4 Michelin Pilot Super Sport's rotting on my deck because they started to fall apart while on my car (the rubber like dried up and started to crumble on all 4 tires - then one 1 tire the actual structure bar gave way)
