50,000 miles, MIL comes on
So I just hit 50,000 miles on my 2010 C63 the other day and I noticed I have a MIL light. When I pulled the code, it was P0391
It's as if I have a wiring or computer issue, any thoughts?

Yes, looks like a cable leading to several camshaft hall sensors is interrupted. I am just surprised about the tank sensor message. That one sounds like something different.
There should be a cabLe that is frayed or a connector unplugged somewhere in a cable leading to the cylinder head, where the camshafts are.
