Oil Message Keeps Coming On But I have Enough Oil
anyone know why?

i just hit the 30K mile mark....and I guess its due a service. but still doesnt make sense that the message would keep popping up? or does it?

i guess it just need it changed.

How did you determine you have enough oil? The dipstick? Could be a faulty oil level sensor.

just says check oil next time i get gas.

yea the dipstick.

and i think its just b/c im due for a oil change. its at about 30k miles so.

The check oil at next fueling message should be independent of any other service requirements. If the oil level is above the middle red mark then the sensor is likely bad. Get it checked when you do the service.
