This is the second post on this in a couple of days. My opinion who cares. If they want to put an amg badge on their car why do you care. They know it's not you know it's not an amg but they like it. We are not better cause we actually have an amg. If anything you should be happy because they obviously think your car is awsome and want to mimic it.

For me... the question is why is someone who tries to fool people into thinking their car is something better than it is, so insecure about themselves that they need to try and impress people by making them believe that they have something better than they actually do.
It's been going on for decades, and for many, many vehicles. I've seen many fake "Turbo", "Z28", "SS", "AMG", "V8", "V-tec","Type-R", etc. badges. AMGs aren't the only vehicles inspiring posers.

Most of the time these people bought it that way and are totally unaware. The ones that are posing know it and when they see a real one, they know that you know. Then comes the look of shame or the non look when you both know. Priceless.
The only time it makes me really laugh is when someone is telling you that they raced one and killed it with (insert slower car here). Then as you look over their Mitsubishi you politely ask are you sure it was a C63 then they say it had AMG on it. RRIIIGGHHTT

Yea I am not referring to the guy who abviously spent time and money on any said car. I know evo's can be pretty fast but it doesn't take much to tell when it is modded out.
I used the that model as an example, you all know the type of person I am referring to. We have all met them at various car rallies or get togethers.
But thank you for pointing that out in case anyone was confused about what I was saying.
