Wifes Audi S3
The Audi S3 ordered for my wife arrived a week or so ago. I've got to say I'm pretty impressed. I've had TT's in the past and having not been able to test drive one with the adjustable magnetic suspension ahead of delivery I was a bit worried the ride on 19-in rims would be a bit harsh for her daily driver. She'd definitely not like daily driving my MB.
This car is a very good ride and handles like a dream. No harshness in 'Comfort' mode and drives great in 'Dynamic'.
The Audi DCT is right there. I could only imagine what a C63 would be like with a transmission like this.
Audi's DRL's IMO look better than any other.
Before deciding on my C63 I considered the RS5 and those M cars, but I'm still glad I settled on the MB, the M156 is a incredible engine that cannot be beaten but this Audi is one fun set of wheels (when I can talk my wife out of it).
Most important is that she LOVES it.
Happy wife,,,,,,, Happy life......... Now she wants to take performance driving lessons.

My wife also prefers the sport back. I've also heard they will be offering the S3 and RS3 as a sport back in the US again.

This is a wonderful looking car, congrats. I do agree, I feel the Audi DRL's are perfected. They were one of the first to implement them a few years back. They have had some time to really make them work with he overall design of the car.
May I ask why not the CLA45 I'm sure it was a cross shopped car for you guys?

We did consider the CLA45 and like the exterior appearance but neither of us liked the new Command 'pod'. If that is the way auto design is going it'll take us a few years to get used to it.
