Track Settings?
Hey guys,
I'm pretty certain I saw a video a while back that showed a race/track menu for C63 AMGs, where you could clock your 0-60, G's, and other performance stats.
Am I just imagining this, do our cars actually have it?
Or is it an option I don't have???
Any help would be appreciated

That's AMG Performance Media. Depending on where you live, it might not have been an option on your 507.

According the to the attachemt to the first post at this thread he AMG performance media package is option code 255.
You can check your build sheet to see if yours is equipped.

If you don't have it check out the Dash Command app for the iPhone/iPad or Andriod mobile devices.
This app does the same thing and offers much more by wirelessly reading parameters from your OBD port.
It also logs data that can be reviewed in Excel.
Most mobil device GPS's update once per second. When using this or the other available apps you'll get better timing results by using a dedicated GPS receiver connected to your device since it will update faster.

If you want something with OBDII data integration, track maps, g-force data and GPS data overlay on top of video, download Harry's lap timer for your phone (min. the Petrolhead version). Like with Navigation systems, phone apps blow the socks off of built in systems in terms of flexibility.
Just returned from a test drive - totally impressed......

Harry's journal a very nice app.
OP, with any that use the phone's built in accelerometer it's important that the phone or iPad be mounted so it's not moving around.
