Wanted to give this a bump.
Spent 3 months trying to have some custom wheels made by LBForged aka Berlin Wheels.. Finally got them, not even able to put on the car. Crap workmanship too. They accepted the wheels back, but have been dragging their feet on refund, then stopped answering their phone when I would call. So, had to do a cc reversal for the last half, and file a paypal dispute for the deposit half paid paypal. They are not replying, so tomorrow it will be an auto win for me.
I agree. The employees are killing the business. Spineless men who cannot admit their mistakes and own up to them.

I have never met them in person. They made a counter offer of $600 less than what I paid on Paypal. Rejected it. There is no doubt I will win all of it back later today or tomorrow.
So, they have all the wheels, and wasted all of my time, and still want to be paid $600 when I have nothing to show for it. Absolute ****s.
