Help with C63 head bolt replacement

Help with C63 head bolt replacement
Hey everyone, this is my first post here. I'm pretty new to the forum stuff but would like some recommendations and help.
I'm buying a 2009 Mercedes C63 AMG premium package with 65,000 km on in with V5 Tune, performance Cam, and air suspension. (Might recognize the car on google if you type in bagged c63 [plate is HH CHU])
No head bolts issue but I want to change them for either weistec or new OEM head bolts before I have the issue. I can get the OEM ones at price from friend at my dealer. How much are the bolts from either companies and how much is labour for install? Guy told me 1,400 in labour and bolts are about 500. If you can help that be great! Cams where changed so no cam lobe issue I assume. I'm in southern Ontario so prices are Canadian and in KIlometers. Thanks
