2. the Renntech, is that an oil cooler? You say intercooler but these didn't have turbo/sc. What is it and how much?

no, the original owner bought a c63 to be made into a complete race car. He only wanted the engine and chassis so everything was stripped off (took off about 800 pounds). He told me to buy everything off him or he was going to toss it, and gave me a very generous discount. I couldn't find a build page, but I see it on his FB.

AFAIK RENNtech doesn't make an oil cooler for the C63. That looks like an OEM unit to me.
