Widening C63 Rear Fenders...
When I researched HMS prices for just the rear fenders were about this for the two pieces - link them a shout.
The carbon set price is: 1,915.03 EUR
The fibre glass price is: 1,253.26 EUR
We also suggest to order a set of new wheelhouse covers for the C63 Black Series since they are more wide and would fit the wider fenders then.
We may offer you this wheelhouse covers for 180,- EUR* per set (rear left and right)
Prices are excluding VAT and shipping.
GO WIDE.

$198.00 USD - OEM Black Series fender liners for the rear (Pair)
All done and said it will be around $2000 USD delivered to your door for all the parts
when they OK the kit for me i pay what it was in Euros plus 500 euros shipping and when it arrives in US at customs it will cost you another 600-700 to get a broker to get it out of customs to ship it to your BUSINESS ADDRESS not personal.
Depending on Doller to Euro exchanges u can get a deal or not. mine at that time was 100/79 now i think it 100/91.

Freight or regular mail (USPS/DHL)?
I do have a business address and great rates on commercial accounts with UPS/DHL. I'm just saying if we do make it happen with 5 or more people. I can ask to ship in bulk using my third party account number via pallet crate. Air Express or Sea Freight.
Once it arrives, I would be able to pick up the shipment at ORD - O'hare (saves on freight cost from the airport to my warehouse) as I am 15 minutes away.
All group buy members can split the actual shipping/duty costs which would cut down a huge amount of hassle and money wasted for "brokerage fees".
This is all a possibility if people are willing to do it.

All group members splitting costs, and shipping, and duties, an getting a bunch of people signed up so surely a manufacturer will give us a good deal, etc etc etc. This is nonsense and doesn't reflect how the world actually works at all. It's a pipe dream.
How about you, or someone, or anyone, talk to a manufacturer FIRST, then come back with the details of this amazing and fantastic offer. Many many many forum members before you have tried - some successfully, and many not - to procure wider fenders. There are so many details you are missing that I can't even take your posts seriously.

It's a rough estimate, but I deal with import/export as my main business so I'm not throwing some random numbers around. It seems like that but the truth I know I can get them into the US cheaper than what people are paying to bring them in as single orders or going through a shop (Not sure if HMS is willing to do a volume discount) but logistics wise this is my expertise and I am sure it can happen if:
A) HMS is willing to sell the fenders. Period.
B) HMS is willing to use a third party shipping account.
I've already emailed them about it and waiting on some answers but none of this matters if no one else is purchasing other than myself. Also, I've done some group buys under my belt importing Japanese/European aero parts from small shops that have no official dealer in the US.
Like I said, it's all up to what HMS will do for interested buyers and really the forum members.

This is no different that most aftermarket blister/over fenders. Only difference is that there is a door card / side skirt involved and because HMS utilizes the stock rear bumper, you will have to cut more to fit the sideskirt and rear bumper card. Total of 8 pieces, 2 fenders, 2 door/fender cards, 2 rear bumper cards.
Judging by this video.
Rough mock up of the fenders to get a measuring line to where you have to cut.
Arch cut the metal fender using an air cutter down to the lowest part of the fender where it almost reaches the sideskirt and the same to the rear bumper all the way to the end. Weld the 2 pieces of steel exposed by the cut so you create a tight join.
It doesn't seem like you have to modify the door. You use glue on the door/fender card and the rear bumper tab will need to be relocated.
Apply anti rust coating.
Install OEM Black Series liner.
Glue on the fenders and cards using automotive adhesive
Paint.

I've been speaking with an HMS rep. and it got moved up to someone higher up in position. It seems that they are willing to help myself and MBWorld members to acquire these rare and sought after wide fenders.
I'll get some more details and they unwind. Also any definitive emails will be posted up. Once I get some actual numbers for the fenders at bulk pricing (I hope) and the freight costs.
I will create a separate thread.

19 x 8.5j +35 255/35/19
19 x 10j +25 285/30/19
You would need 10mm spacer in front on the common 8.5j +45 set up to replicate the HMS set up above, at that height.
For the rears, the common stock fender C63 aftermarket size of 9.5j +45/+50 needs negative 37mm offset to match the HMS set up above.
Please keep in mind that the running a 9.5j vs 10j,10.5j etc will allow you to run much bigger tires with lower profile sidewall, so the additional width
will slightly stretch the tire enough to have more clearance (no bubble tire look)
OEM Black series wheels are 9j +25 / 9.5j +47 so you can either run your current wheels with a much bigger tire, run spacers or buy new wheels that are 10,10.5. 11j wide. The choice is up to you, but these fenders are generous enough for you to play around with the rear tire and wheel sizes.

So, it seems like these HMS Fenders are about 25MM (1") Wider than the OEMs.
Considering OEM we can run 19x10 +50 with a 275/30/19, HMS says they can run a 19x10 +25 with a 285. So, maybe a smidgen more than 1", but not much.
People have managed to run 19x9 +40 on a 245/35/19 on OEM C63 Front Fenders before.
