COTA AMG Academy Pro in Dec
Anyone here going?
Any tips for Pro event? Do we still pair up or is it all alone?
Thx.

I might show up just to hang out. I live about 25 min away. I'm due out on track on the 19th - just a couple of days after your event. This will be a good way to get fired up!

AMG Pro is the worst driving school in the country. You spend more time outside the car waiting and waiting than you do in it. And yes, you still partner up and they let you drive alone for maybe one afternoon session on the third day. I think the total drive time alone was for about half an hour. I've done three Pros at Laguna Seca and it's gotten worse each time. Instruction is poor and seat time is minimal. And they have the ridiculous "yellow and red card" offense if you go off track.

...Hard to believe... sorry you had a bad experience... my Advanced course in Palm Beach had hours and hours of alone time in the SLS...

move down there to get more track time in?
In reality it doesn't change the amount of track time, it just reduces the commute to get there.
