Low coolant warning on 2012, should I worry?
I got a low coolant warning this morning. My car is a facelift 2012.
I read in the past that this was a sign of head gasket failure on the first models.
The car is still under warranty for a short while (I'm at 91,000km). Could this be just a normal thing for this mileage or should I start looking deeper into this?

When was the last time the coolant was changed or topped off? Very likely you lost some in normal driving and that it's nothing to be concerned about.
Take a look around the engine bay and if you don't see any leaks top it off and keep driving. If the message comes quickly take it in or consider taking it anyway right before your warranty expires just to be safe.

I will top it off and monitor carefully. Hopefully it's just normal stuff.

I had a similar message in my 2009. no leaks, just topped it off with about 16 ounces and has not come back. For my sanity, I will have them do a pressure test on my next oil change.

Same issue as the OP, the warning just came on a couple of days ago, I checked around, no leaks at all, I also bought it used, the car is currently at 57k miles.
Any coolant should do correct? Just want to make sure MB doesn't have a certain affiliation with a specific coolant type.

The coolant in your car has a service life of 240000 KM or 15 years if properly maintained. I would use MB coolant spec sheet 325.0 or an approved coolant to preserve the service life.
Contact your dealer and if you are on good terms they may top it off for you.
