Snow tires going on tomorrow
What is the "best" (I know its subjective) tire pressure I should have them fill them with upon mounting the tires on the 18 inch stockers?

Mine are going on tomorrow. I actually fill a bit under the recommended pressures of 40psi (usually 36) cause I have access to a compressor at home and fill them as the temperature drops. I never let them go below 32psi.
Im running staggered 255/285 sottozeros but really only for dry cold days -I can get by in the snow though with TC off.

so how many of you have run these in the past? Just curious how well the car has actually been in snow? I've been contemplating a beater 3rd car for this winter but seeing this thread makes me think I should just throw some snows on it.

I'm lowered on H&R springs so it struggles in deep sticky snow. Fluffy snow, hard packed snow/ice it's very good so long as you have decent winter tires.
It's hard to see but that's a good 8" of packed snow and I did NOT get stuck btw

Might want to consider setting pressure 3-5 psi higher for winter tires as that guy had suggested:
