Er... why? It does absolutley nothing except get your engine bay dirty. There's ZERO heat extraction ability through the nostrils - they're purely cometic, and to add insult to injury, they're made from plastic and they have a tendency to melt. There's a whole thread on the subject on the AMG PL.
