Gussying up
I saw a hot rod several weeks ago, that had a hood ornament from a vintage automobile, that really accented the car. It was familiar but I couldn't identify it. Remember the old Packard, Olds, Plymouth and Desoto, Dodge, Pontiac, Buick, and ,of course the Bulldog, from the Mack trucks and others Some of them in the early fifties like Desoto and Plymouth had the little ship inside glass and some were even lighted at night. In the fifties the age of the Jet everything had wings even the Chevy hood ornament. JC Whitney use to sell a selection, of hood ornaments, some gaudy some classic. Then everyone had two tones and some more paint jobs and loads of chrome. All gone because of NTHSA and Bean Counters, EPA. etc. All the wheels now are more or less aluminum but instead of polished and clear coated, they are blasted and then painted and no one does wire wheels anymore. Has anyone put a classy hood ornament on their C63? has anyone done a really classy two or more tone paint job, that would enhance its value? Anyone trimmed the car with stripes or chrome, wire wheels or others,or anything that really sharpens its appearance?

Sounds like you are trying to apply low rider modifications to a C63?
To be honest, it would probably devalue the car.
Edit:
Did a search and found a C63 with 3-Pointed Star.
Looks pretty damn weird.

The only outside inspiration for the C63 W204 aside from it being a compact sport sedan is its DTM Racing roots. The classic car, low rider style has no place.
