Depends on the tire manufacturer. Not all 285's are the same width. A Bridgestone Potenza RE-71R in 285/35-19 has an inflated width of 11.4" Look up the section width on the tire manufacturer sites or somewhere like Tire Rack.
My Nitto 285 DRs fit fine with no rubbing, but they run a hair skinny. Inflated width is 11.22".
If you guys are looking for some a deal on some wheels, I am going make a new thread next week for these new flow formed wheels next week. $950 shipped intro price.
It is my car in the pictures.

Price per rim, or per set? what is the weight of the 19" rim?
those look exactly like the verde v99 (i believe that's the wheel i'm thinking of), but those were unable to work on the c63 without a flat valve since it would keep hitting the brake caliper.
hopefully these wheels don't have that same issue, because i would be interested.

Id want to throw a 285 hankook ventus v12 on a 19x9.5 niche wheel on the rear. or a Michelin PSS but I know those run very wide
I can fit almost a finger between the c63 caliper and the wheel in mine. The rare other color options but no bright silver. Mine are pretty close to silver when they are clean which only happens once a month. I will get more pictures! I have been lagging due to the holidays.
