2013 C63 Stage 2 (Benz Works LTH) w/ GSR Technik Tune (471whp / 434wtq - ACN91)
Intro/Cars/Tunes:
So recently a few of us C63 guys got together for a dyno session to see what we’re all putting down. The cars are 2012-2013 C63s with practically identical set-ups (Benz Works LTH, ACN91). Oh and before this gets into a, “dyno’s don’t mean anything unless compared to baseline +gain / different cars put down diff #’s.” I get it. This is the info I have to share so feel free to take it as is.
My car (A) had company X tune while both my friend’s cars (B & C) had identical tunes from company Y. One thing to keep in mind is that a few weeks ago, I did a 60-130 pull vs car B and he pulled on me so prior to getting this dyno done, I asked for a revised, more aggressive file.
(Hopefully I didn’t lose you guys with the algebra)
The Dyno:
After a few pulls, both cars B & C put down about 5-10whp/wtq more than I did. Not a huge difference but I was surprised that even with a more aggressive file, I would put down less power vs the other OTS tunes. At this point, GSR Technik asked if I’d like to try their tune to see if there would be a difference. They saw the roughness of the graph as well as the car running too rich with the current tune. Though I was unfamiliar with GSR, back in my BMW days I knew them as Jailbreak tuning so I know these guys have been around the block and put out some impressive cars.
Here are the results (I didn’t have a baseline dyno done so another car’s stock run was included for comparison):
The Results:
As you can see, I gained +14whp/+5wtq with GSR’s tune. I’m definitely happy now the car is putting out more power than X & Y tune but the best part is that she runs A LOT smoother. I thought the roughness was just natural to the V8 so I accepted it as the norm but as you can see from the graph, the lines show how smooth the power is. Also, previously the car was running a bit rich @ ~11 AFR, it now runs @ ~13 AFR.
Summary:
I hope you guys found this info useful. Though you hear the same 2-3 names come up when it comes to tuning our cars, know that there are other very capable tuners out there that will leave you pleasantly surprised. Lovin' the extra power and smoothness. Big for GSR for their tune and Benz Works for the great headers!
One thing to note - the car is *******g loud with the LTH. I had a cat/res delete at first but put back on the res. Now she sounds perfect. No drone, more aggressive than stock, screams when you're on it.

The purpose of this post is to share my personal experience and give much deserved credit to Matt & Bobby @ GSR and Serge @ Benz Works.
If you're happy with your new boo - would you bring up your ex's name?

I would like to smooth out my EC V5 tune. Even sometimes when warmed up when revving at idle it will jump up way higher than i revved to and sometimes stick and hold there. Doesnt do it when flashed back to stock file.
Nice gains bro! Wish they were closer.
