DAB not working, says device unavailable
I've read that there is a box underneath the back seat that you have to unplug and then plug back in to get the dab working again.
Is this correct and if so, how do I lift the back seat?

So do I just need to pull the seat up. My c63 is a different seat than that in the video

4 months of looking at the rear seat and you can't figure out how to take it apart?

They seem to be welded to the floor and I don't want to pull too hard and break something. That's why I wanted to know specifically how to do it before I go too far

There's a problem with Mercedes system, the DAB broadcast had changed, the command system cannot handle the new broadcast. Dealers will be getting a software update to fix the problem.
