Hi guys,i have in hand a brand new Ferrari 458 Italia sports bucket seats which i ordered extra from the factory but came in the wrong color for me.
The rear shell is in carbon fiber and basically most of the parts for the seats are in carbon.
The seat is retailing in Singapore Ferrari retailer for a direct swap from original at 19k usd .

Am looking to sell it for 10k usd excluding shipping.

With slight modification and bracket it will fit nicely into your AMG and the weight is pretty light i should say.

Lol they are one of the best and most comfortable bucket seats around.
Color can be custom changed if owner doesn't mind.
My loss is your gain

 

The seats look wonderful, but the C63 AMG buckets are also touted as some of the best ever fitted to a street car.

 

I have the privilege to test out most of the street bucket seats from AMG ranging from CBS/CLK DTM/SL BS.
Not trying to promote this seat but this is way better and more comfortable and endurable in long distance drives as well as the leather cushion over the seats which are fantastic.
For Ferrari product,what you pay for is craftmanship and top notch leather with racing heritage.

seriously, very nice seats mate! havent tried those but the 63 seats are one of the most comfortable seats ive had in a car. might be a tough sale here but im sure you have it on for sale on other sites. glws

 

They make me want to sit naked on them to get the full effect...nothing weird at all, I swear .

 

Bet they'd go much quicker on ferrari forums. Maybe you can find someone to swap with? I assume if you're ordering 458 seats you'd still have them and 458 owners probably have a few more pennies in the piggy bank. Did you order them that way or was it an error on the manufacturers end?

 

I'm not one to **** on FS threads, but I think these would look out-of-place in any C63 (color, F logo), not to mention there are lighter and cheaper options in Sparco, Recaro, or Status which will fit beautifully and look great without heavy modification. Even OEM BS buckets would be cheaper.

Maybe someone with a Ferrari on here will take them I don't know. GLWS

 

Don't understand why anyone would want to put Ferrari seats in an AMG.
Stick to Status or Recaro pole position seats and call it a day.

 

Seeing the Ferrari logo on the seats is a little... awkward, if they were put in a C63.

Try selling them on 6speed

 

They are awesome seats for sure, very comfy and well crafted but I agree with the previous posts, it would be weird to have Ferrari seats in a Benz.

I've got money and I'd never put them in. Best to try eBay, Amazon, similar sites or a Ferrari forum.

 

Different folks are into different mods, comparisons to C63 seats are not relevant. This would be a 'mod' which in itself means its frivolous. OP, GLWS, tune out the commentary here.

Too much idle chatter these days on many threads. The guy is selling $15k seats, you think he doesn't know about 6 speed online or recaros? Geez. Must be winter in large parts of the US, I suppose.

 

Thats why god created leopard print seat covers.

 

He probably doesn't know about 6speed, he's from Singapore.

thanks for the not so positive as well as the positive feedback.

My mates in Singapore all have the same seats so it's pretty useless to sell it over here.
It was a order error(wrong code wrong color) which resulted in a spare.
I do admit that it might be out of place to sell this seats in a MB forum.
I did post in Fchat with regards to the seats as well.
Well what are the chances,maybe someone who is creative enough and come about and decides to make and convert this into a chair for his living room etc?

Anyway thanks for all the feedbacks.
I know it's pretty off the price list especially to fit it onto a MB where there are many cheaper options that might weigh less etc.
I'm shifting place and therefore i'm trying to clear out most of my extras that i bought (Ferrari engine/Lamborghini Aventador full Oakley kit etc) to make room for my newborn that's arriving.
