Girodisc Brakes/rotors
The C63 I just bought has aftermarket Girodisc free float rotors and brake pads. The seller said they were about $3k worth.
I'm not going to track the car so I don't really need racing brakes.
Keep them or sell them? Being new to the MB world, I really don't know what I have. The originals came with the car so I could do a swap pretty easily.

You won't get 3K for them.
I believe you can get FR/RR + Pads + Lines + Fluid from ACG for like $2200 or something like that.
So, factor them in being used, I'd reckon you'd be lucky to get $1,500, probably somewhere around $1,000~ if you want a quicker sale.
At that point, you might as well keep them, IMO at least.
They're lighter, and better performance. Helps make the car feel nimbler, as there's less rotating weight.
You likely have upgraded pads, which improve bite, and feel, and probably SS Brake Lines and upgraded brake fluid for additional endurance.
Keep them!
