The rear will be fine taking for granted the spokes clears the brakes.

The front will be very aggressive so I would recommend 235/35/19.

I already have 245/35 19 tyres will these not work? I don't want a silly stretch on them you see.. Will my original wheel bolts be ok?

I'm running 19x9 +40 with 245/35/19 & it's super tight. But I'm lowered.

IF u are at stock height, u will be fine although u might get rubbing on big bumps.

As for the oem lugs, check if E class cars use the same M14x1.5x27mm.

Thank you so much! You have been a massive help...

I do plan on lowering it so do you think I would be fine with 235 35 on H&R's?

Also sorry for another question... I have purchased some Yokohama advant sport tyres and it says on the inside of the tyres, warning do not mount on a 19.5 inch rim. Any reason for this?

Because...they are for a 19 inch rim? Same reason you don't put a tire meant for an 18 inch wheel on a 19 inch wheel.

235/35/19 will be safe for 19x9 +37 & H&R springs. Good choice on the Yokos AVS sport, I run them on my multispokes & they are great tires.

Actually u should buy my multispokes spokes, I think they suit the C63 better.

And yes don't mount those 19's tires on 19.5's rims.. A disaster waiting to happened. Lol

Can't wait to see the installed pics, the front should be flush.. You can even go 275 in the rear with +52 offset.

I'm running E63 W212 wheels in 18" but with same wheel width and offset. I'm able to fit 255 front and 275 rear.

Edit: I'm on stock suspension.

If you're lowered, there's no way you can fit 255s. If you're stock height, then yes, you'll probably be OK.

Like Roswell said, 235/35/19 and 265/30/19 would be my suggestion. You could size up to 275/30/19 too, but then your aspect ratios will be slightly off, that's not a huge deal though.

The new finish looks great! The red ring is also a nice addition. Installed pics yet?

Either a bad wheel balancing or either ur wheels are not hubcentric (66.6 Centerbore) so u need hubrings.

Wheel balancing is the first thing I'd check. I'd ask them to check for wheel straightness while they're checking balance, as a bent wheel can cause the same sort of vibration.

I'm pretty sure that all AMG wheels (except maybe the G_wagon) have the same centerbore.

As long as these are real OEM wheels (not replicas), they should center perfectly.

The front is pretty aggressive but looks good. The rear I had to raise the ride height up in the back from being lowered a little on the coilovers
