It's worth whatever someone is willing to pay. If you don't need to sell, stay with the current price. Someone may come along. The only way this would sell in the $50k range, at this time, were if it didn't run properly. The mods could depreciate the car further if and only if this were a collector car and , again, if it didn't run well. $80k is not that far off the mark so if you can get it in the next few months it will be worthwhile.
With that said, these cars depreciate at an astoundingly quick rate. Hate to say because I have a heavily modified biturbo 12. It has everything your car has less the turbo and rebuilt tranny but I have a widebody. Point being, if you want to sell, move it quickly because it is worth less and less each day.
