2009 Sirius problem
Got the car since a few weeks, change my Sirius account from my escalade to the C63. After many try, impossible to make it work!
So i called Sirius and they cant too... Updating channel list, thats what i see, even after 3 hours.
Few days after i went to my friend garage and he put the diagnostic tools on it and it came an error, Sirius available only in US.
Note that im from canada.
Anyone got this before?

I don't know but maybe the Command can be switched from Sirius to SiriusXM. Not sure how it was set up in '09. I looked in my 2010 C-Class brochure and it says it has Sirius Satellite Radio Inc. Maybe you can upgrade your command to SiriusXM or use a Sirius (US) subscription? GL getting this sorted out. Did you buy from a MB dealer? Maybe the dealer can help sort this out for you.

Not sure if this helps but in both my 2011 C63 and my 08 C300 I had to replace the command module. Fortunately both covered under warranty but it seems that the modules are prone to issues... At least in my case.
