2012 C63 Idle knock / vibration
My c63 vibrates at idle (nothing really unusual) but every few seconds or so it also will have a bigger shake that you can really feel, i'd like to say a knock, but it's not really audible, you can only feel it. Mainly felt through brake pedal and drivers floor and if you put hands on engine.
I've only bought this car recently so wondering is this is normal? Car pulls well and no other issues. I've seen a few other forum posts about similar issues but no solution.
Does anyone have any advice before I have to take it to the dealer?

It's a 6.2L V8. That's what huge engines do. If you want it fixed, ask the dealer to install a 4-cylinder.

You might be having the same issue I am currently facing, everything you said describes what's going on with my car. Seems like no power loss but light/random vibration/kicks/knocks, that got worse and worse until a CEL came on and non stop misfires occurred. It was P0300, along with cylinder 1-8 misfiring codes. I brought it into the MB dealership a total of 4 times (as of last week), and they told me it's the same damn CEL codes every time, as if the 1st 3 repairs did absolutely nothing. They repaired the heads(cracked), ecu(their guess), engine harness(oil migration), so far, nothing has worked.

Thanks for the helpful and not so helpful responses.
Def feels to me like it's not running correctly and seems other out there have a similar issue. Will check out coils.
jas0ndotc0m if you get anywhere with this would appreciate an update.

I would go with this guy because that was the diagnosis I got with the description you have. After replacing the engine mounts, the "out of the norm" vibration is *almost* gone and the car feels more normal. My car had 50k miles when I replaced this, now it has 51k on it.
It also happened to me when I accelerated moderately from 50 mph to 60 mph.
