A lot of the big names have things going on for one reason or another. I bet a lot of what plays into it is it's that time of year where everyone is buying up parts as the season is getting going. I wouldn't be surprised if businesses are just being slammed right now with orders and are struggling to keep up.

On the other hand, you have seen a few MBH/Weistec threads that have popped up recently that didn't look so good for them so who knows.

every company has issues and weistec has been very good to me hopefully MBH contact me

Im pretty sure mike had a baby but i expected him to be back at work now ive actually been trying to contact him for 3 weeks

hopefully he sees this and contacts me

Come on, anyone that runs a business on here knows you need to communicate with your customers. If you can't answer an email, flag it and answer when you get a minute. I stay up to 1am some nights replying to emails.

+1. If you're so swamped with emails that you physically don't have time to answer them, hire somebody.

If you have so many emails, that person will be worth much more to you than you pay, even if lets say 10% of those emails end up in purchases.

Both of these are very true. Even with my company we pride ourselves in answering emails, FB messages, IG messages, and Twitter stuff within time frames. It has worked out very well for us.
