I think all told I spent around $1300 on parts. Here's what I ordered. Could have saved a little by getting some parts from one place and some from another, but didn't have that level of patience. 
Also needed coolant and some other bits and pieces.
Finally, make sure they have the specialized tools in the shop before they start the job ...

That looks like the old ECS site maybe, those prices are from 2 years ago, so you won't find them for that price anymore.

The different ones are not SLS, but SLS Black series.
