I think it is still able to keep up well with the v8's though.

Also I'd skip the A8 v8 and go for v10, but like you said bit out of range.

Hell, back in 2008 Car and Driver had an E63 Wagon take an R8. To be fair, in that generation the wagon got off the line better than the sedan cos it had more weight on the back tires. While the E has gotten hella faster since then, I don't think the Audi can say the same.

Did you drive all the cars you are considering? The new C63S is a great car. But your other options are too.
By the way, the new M3/M4 with the competition package does have the BMW Performance Exhaust which sounds better.

You said tuned c63s, do you mean w204 or w205 model?

I'm gonna take a wild guess and say that a tuned c63s w205 will walk even an r8 v10

I've driven all of them but none stock. I will be driving each one this week and make a decision

Both w204 and w205 tuned will beat a v8 r8. I dont think a tune w205 c63s can touch a v10 r8

I hear with a tune the new w205 is about 650hp are you sure it can't take it?

There is just a difference in traction between these two. There's no way to get that 650hp to the ground like a V10 R8 can.

Well off the line the r8 has the awd advantage but from a roll on start or from a dig up to high speeds I think c63s with all that power can surpass it. Would be an interesting race.
