Haven't been posting on the forum lately, just been on here doing research for the mods I was doing so decided to share a few pics of what I have been up to lately. Carbon fibre boot spoiler. Other angles of boot spoiler. Face lift grill 15" Lightning audio amp and sub-woofer install. Reverse camera installed. Wavetrac differential installed. Old open differential. Carbon fibre diffuser installed. Carbon fibre vs stock diffuser.
To all the guys that have taken a ride with me on my thread with my mods, It's been a while. Welcome to my new to me 2012 C 63 coupe. I've always wanted a coupe in white and eventually I found her. My 3rd and last C63. She is bone stock still as she came out the factory but a beauty and if you didn't know your cars you would never say she is something special. A real sleeper.
What I have had made for her was a custom cover, even though she sleeps in the garage, it get's very windy here and the wind causes a tornado of dust when you open a garage door. I think these guys did a stunning job. They have many designs but you can add and remove and change things around so this was the end product:
Today she went in for a tune and a dyno. The results were much better than expected even the dyno guy told me beforehand that we can expect 373kw max keeping in mind the only mod so far are secondary cat deleted and replaced with straight pipes. We hit 384kw (which is basically 515hp) and 668Nm of torque (which equates to 493{ft-lbs, correct me if I'm wrong, we never use this measurement})

@roadkillrob The company I used are on Facebook. Their name is Stealth Covers but there are a few other companies doing the same thing.
It is lovely I will say! I have a black series OEM one on my black series but I almost had to use it regularly as they are rare and long out of production so might pickup something fancier for regular use and preserve my black series one for special occassions.
I took some more pics for the guys who were interested in the cover, was very windy the day I took the other pics, you can see how nice the cut and mending is compared to the bodylines. If interested you can give Adriaan from Stealth Covers a call on +27 73 423 1097. We are in South Africa so it would need to be shipped as there are mostly Americans on this group but it comes in a nice bag and is light so I doubt shipping should cost too much.
