Odd sticker on my car

Odd sticker on my car
Hi guys. south african here

Recently acquired a 2010 c63. It's a local special edition called an "edition 63". No real power differences but has upgraded cooling, lsd and a few trims as standard.

I saw a sticker inside the door frame which intrigued me though.

has what looks similar to a vin, 17 digit code Amg2040772y002115 and above that it says Stufe 2. right above we have the AMG logo

german to English it means stage 2.

does this mean anything at all or do all 63s have these?
