Winter Tire from E-class or S4?
Newb question here... tried search but didn't find what I was looking for. I got some conflicting answer on the offet.
There are a pair of snow tires for sale locally that seem like a great deal... I just need to know if they will fit. I've got a w204 c63 preface lift with kw coliovers.
Seller says he had these on an e550 and gave me the specs.
Width 8"x18"
Offset ET35
Bolt Pattern 5 x 112
Diameter = 18"
Tire Size = 245/40R18 97H
Blizzak LM-60 Tires

I am running 245/40's that is ok, but I am running 45mm offsets and they fit nice and standard 18's are 45mm - not sure 35mm will work, they will stick out pretty far, found this article, its on a C300 - guy says 35mm offset works, but you max out at 225/40's or they rub.

Those will probably fit, mine are actually off my 2011 S4 that I run, 245/40/18 are the standard S4 square setup and work fine on the C63, wheels have right hub bore, right bolt pattern and right offset. (mine are 45mm and fit fine, 47 probably will be ok, I would try one on the front to make sure it will clear the caliper though to be safe, as it depends on the shape of the face if they will clear for sure) but otherwise they will bolt on!

The 35 mm will stick out 10 mm closer to the fenders and I am not certain of the clearance. You can check a wheel comparator on line.
The 47 are a no brainer.
