C 63 front lower control arms vs other W204 control arms question
Did a search but didn't find an answer, probably due to the country I live in it is a unique question. We are limited to aftermarket spares for our cars here unless you drive a VW Golf 1. So a c63 AMG is a very rare machine therefore parts are either sold by the Steelers, second hand or 2 or 3 oem parts outlets.
I need to replace my front lower control arms. The left is AMG 204 31 L and the right is AMG 204 32 R (the part numbers on them). The top control arms (which I have replaced already) are shared among all W204's and 203's and I think 209's which would make sense because 203 and 209 share the same suspension basically.
But as far as I understand, the AMG lower control arms are a bit "beefier" than regular w204 control arms. The aftermarket shop only has 1 part number for all w204 lower control arms so I am wondering if these will fit my car regardless of the thickness. If anyone out there has compared a standard w204 front lower control arm to an AMG lower control arm please chime in with your thoughts.

Unfortunately there are no suitable aftermarket alternatives available for the front cross strut (LCA).
Tons of options for the upper since it's shared with other platforms.
