For what car, those part numbers are slk250 rotors and they look small, c63 has alternating rows of 4 then 5 drilled holes. Rears have 3 drilled holes alternating with some slots.
C63 one piece front number is A000 421 20 12 07

Edit: Actually the part number on the order was correct, they just shipped the wrong one out.

I hope you can still get your money back on them especially since they shorted you about $40 a rotor as those are cheaper than the C63 ones.
