Please HELP!
Hi there
Recently purchased a C63 BS, but it showed up without the badge on the interior dash and it looks like ****. Was a second hand buy from a dealer so he has not been very helpful.
Talked to the local dealership and they say that you cannot order the badge without buying a whole new carbon fibre dash piece! i think $4000 is a bit too much to pay for a small piece of plastic.

This is the picture of the badge I am talking about, I have scoured the internet trying to find one, and have recently been looking for a few auto wrecker C63 BS's to try see if I can pay someone to remove one from them.
If anyone has time to help it would be greatly appreciated. Not sure what else to do here.

It is pretty hard to believe that the car did not come with that piece...I agree with the others, need full pics or this is just another lost cause story.

You could get a vinyl print of it and put it there... won't be as nice obviously, but better than damaged carbon.
Do you have a pic? It's interesting to me that someone would remove that...

You're kind of SOL. It's next to impossible to find them on the internet (as you have seen) and the dealer option seems to be your only option. This popped up once before a long time ago.
Still don't understand why people remove it in the first place. Almost like they take it off just before getting rid of it as a token to remember the car.

Sounds like you purchased a C63 or normal C class with a BS body kit. In order to order the interior dash piece/emblem, they actually require the VIN of the BS vehicle or they won't sell you the piece. I have also heard there is a very long waiting list (though this might have changed).
It is pretty hard to believe that the car did not come with that piece...I agree with the others, need full pics or this is just another lost cause story.

Nice car. Looks clean. Side front quarter badges are wrong though. It should be a simple "6.3". Seems that the previous owner liked to mess with the various AMG badges on the car, that's weird.

It might come down to someone with a generous heart who also has a black series temporarily removing there A and seeing if there is a part number on the back of it or something.
Or if someone has a recently wrecked BS or something.
I know its a long shot but I'm currently out of ideas, hopefully you guys can help!!

Don't take this question the wrong way, but did you get this from an MB dealer? Did you run the VIN to make sure it's a real BS? Ask Valvestud for the build sheet. I'm sure you did all this already, but I'd be double and triple checking everything including accident and repair history on this, because something seems a little weird here with the prior owner messing with all the badges and stuff. Even the color doesn't look like the MB white to my eyes. Maybe I'm just paranoid.

We checked the car fax as well and there were no accidents.
And in person it is definitely MB Diamond White, don't let the bad pictures fool you.
