If the repairs had been done it would be used as a HUGE selling point. Don't fall into the somewhat logical fallacy of "well, if it hasn't happened by now, and the car has been pushed, then it won't happen". It could be blissful, or willful ignorance on the part of the driver. Even though the rate of failure is relatively low, it's still at an extremely unacceptable rate in my eyes.

I am probably going to widen up my search since I would end up paying like another $5K anyways. No telling how many 2011-2014 C63's are on the market within that price range though, especially in my area.
If worst comes to worst, and I can't find another C63, I'll just have to go with the ZL1 my Dad picked out for me lol.

That's an excellent point, I was thinking the same thing.
