Please explain the red highlight above for me. FULL FORGED means a real forged monoblock wheel, not cast/flow/rotary-formed.

Hey brotha, that's a valid question and thanks for bringing it up.
These are actual Monoblock Forged wheels. Born from a single ingot and milled to the design you desire. From there they are then drilled and milled for the pcd, offset lathe and all.
So in regards to your question yes it means its a Real Forged Monoblock Wheel.

How are you able to produce a forged monoblock wheel for roughly 1/3 the price of basically all the other well-known manufacturers (typically $1.5k per wheel)? This pricing is on par with flow/cast/rotary-formed wheels. It's just not adding up to me, I'm genuinely confused....

The reason they are able to produce the wheels at a very affordable price is that they are the manufacture that produces Stance wheels, Vertini wheels and AG wheels. So they wanted to do something different where they can produce wheels directly to the dealers for the customer. Also these wheels are cut & built over seas which means the cost drops tremendously.
