Lambda sensors
How common are these to failing?
Cars mapped and downpipes with sports cats both sets of sensor as before the cats
No issues before but one has failed
Going to replace both but wondered if any one has had them fail ? Is it common after tuning?
Which is bank 1 and 2
And I'm assuming bank 1 sensor 2 would be the secondary sensors?

Did you search? No, of course not. Because this has been discussed a couple hundred times.
Bank 1 is right
O2 sensors frequently go bad after headers (these cars don't have "downpipes" so I don't know what that means).
