Seats Lumbar problem again
Hey this is my first post here, I own a c63 2009 with some Kleemann option (compressor , long headers and so on) but thats another story.
I have search to the end of internet :-D , about the lumbar support dosent work on front and passager seats. What i find is the 5 amp fuse has gone, or they have put it to MB to get it fix..
I have check and changed the fuse, but with no luck. Anyone know what to look for.

I think if you search around there is a thread about the wires in the seat getting pinched and that results in the blown fuse but replacing the fuse will just blow again.

Check the wires in the seat. They are prone to wear from movement. Going from memory but I think that is what causes the lumbar supports to stop working.

I had this exact same issue on a 2010 sedan. The fuse will blow next time you change the position of the seat/backrest. The wiring for the lumbar support/side bolster etc runs across the hinge section of the seat and depending on the position of the seat will over time wear through the insulation and short out. I had it fixed under warranty - was a "seat out"/2 day job to fix. So if you still under warranty get it sorted now, otherwise don't touch the position of the seat/backrest and you should be fine.
