2011 facelift c63 whirring sound on start up
i've recently purchased a used 2011 facelift c63 amg with 50K kilometers on it.
There is a high pitched whirring sound the car makes on start up (sounds like a pulley). Could someone kindly advise whether it sounds normal to you or not?
thank in advance
the frequency of the sound changes when giving it throttle.
Also a question about the first video: is the faint rattling sound the cam adjuster problem?
Cold start up:

Sounds like your power steering pump to me, check your fluid level and top up if low, sometimes a fluid change helps (just empty the reservoir with a turkey baster and refill, not a full change, but do that 3 or 4 times after running the car and cycling the rack lock to lock a few times). Usually the noise will change a bit if it is the steering pump if you just turn the wheel lock to lock while you hear the noise.

do you have a stethoscope or even a tube will help that you can use to listen to the power steering pump, the alternator and the tensioners, it will help narrow it down, power steering pumps on these cars are known to be a week part, but could be something else making the noise and that would help pinpoint the noise location.

thank you! I'll have that done.
By the way the original power steering fluid I removed with the turkey blaster was yellowish brown in color (it seems that it wasn't the Pentosin chf 11s), is it ok that it beacame mixed with the new type of steering fluid I put in?
I used only a single 1 liter can, but I guess the power steering system contains more than 1 liter of fluid.
