Good god. Two years later and back to this hell.

I took notes and linked myself back to this thread knowing I’d need it to get emissions done again in 2 years.

I put the eurocharged tune that leaves the o2 sensor on the car through the handheld unit. I know I need to drive around until 8 of the 9 sensors are on and ready (catalytic will never be ready according to my notes), but get emissions done before the cel comes on. Problem is that I can’t seem to reset any of the monitors. I tried using my scanner tool and it just says all 9 are ready immediately. Then as soon as I start the car, the o2 and catalytic or whatever are immediately incomplete. How can I fully reset all the sensors so that I have to complete an actual drive cycle? Is my scanner tool just a POS? Should I get another one or am I just an idiot and doing something wrong again?

My 2014 C63 had a similar situation and the emissions computer was bad and covered under emission warranty.

haha didn't update the thread, but i put the v6 tune on with the o2 sensors. eventually the check engine light came on. i used my scanner to reset everything and this time it worked and actually reset them all. drove around til 8 of the 9 were ready, but before the check engine light came on and ran and got the em emissions test done. worked perfectly.
