I'd like to have my CF Driveshaft sometime in 2017...

It looks like 8 have paid, didn't we only need 10 to proceed?

BLKROKT has this handled, Yes, I also am not a patient person...

BUT, on to secondary topics & such:

Quote: Noooooooooooooo

I have a little boy due in 3 weeks and i need to pull up and stop spending

Where does it end if i keep modding

Maybe another time but ive been thinking and id rather build the engine

Im limited now and next move is built engine and ported heads

And for the cost and benefit its not worth it

Car is on hold now
Congrats on the upcoming new addition to the family! Best wishes that everything turns out well and y'all are healthy and happy!
If you post your address, I'm sure we can get one of us to stop by and show off our own new bundle of joys in 5+ weeks. Maybe we can arrive JUST after your little one has fallen asleep?

I'm sure Quantas wont mind if I carry on a couple of driveshafts and just drop by Australia. They should fit under the 8 or 9 seats in front of mine just fine.

I really wanted to do it, car accident killed my work and funds for the time being, but if there is another Group buy in the near future I am all in. I know how big of a difference a good carbon driveshaft feels, and it's substantial. You guys will love it.

So where we at with this?
I haven't heard from Frank directly yet on anything. (acknowledgement, confirmation, order #, shipping #, etc)

Kevin, has everyone paid, are we at least confirmed, is this not hitting critical mass?

Cheers,

I sent ANOTHER private message to the four people who have yet to pay up for this group buy. It is frustrating when you are trying to orchestrate something like this and there are people who don't hold up their end of the deal.

I have been in constant contact with DSS and they have confirmed payment from everyone else, so no worries there. We're getting this thing rolling with or without the others, but it would be nice if they would pay up.

PM sent. Sorry for the delays; emails stopped sending to my phone for some reason, and last 2 weeks been brutal with switching jobs, etc. Life got in the way, my priority; and the technical issue with the phone.

Can't wait for the carbon goodie.

Hey Guys, wasn't aware of this group buy until 5/1/17 just read the entire thread! I see a few guys dropped out. Is there any way I can take the drop outs spot and pay today. I'm interested in saving a couple hundred on a future upgrade. Can I call Frank and pay over the phone with cc ?

I'm shocked that Revotech hasn't paid yet. They're really making a lot of friends here lately. Keep up the good work guys!

OK... I have been contacted by Mc81b (on behalf of Revotech) and the_indian_kid... both of those guys have confirmed that they will be sending payment to DSS today.

qmciver is jumping in to the group buy (taking mr747's spot) so we're back up to the original number in the group buy.

Hopefully I'll hear from Alpha and Gzim soon...

You should kick Revotech Motorsports off the GB if they don't actually pay today...

Yeah, Mc81b contacted me today and said he'd be paying on behalf of Revotech.... AND GUESS WHAT?! They never followed up and actually paid. Something tells me that's not going to surprise anyone...

Honestly, it's their credibility that keeps taking a beating. I couldn't care less if they end up participating or not. We have enough without them

Has everyone already seen the Top Gear episode where Richard Hammond visit a CF drive shaft factory. It's very interesting to say the least.

Revotech is getting their driveshaft?

Wahoo!!!!

Then that means that in a couple of days we will see a thread where they have 'the original authentic driveshaft' for sale for $1299, they'll get a flood of emails from prospective buyers which will they will ignore til they **** a bunch of people off and they will finally show up and say "sorry its sold".

Looking forward to it.

EDIT: BTW it doesnt look like they are a sponsor here anymore. That was shortlived.
