I don't know what parts of Canada you're driving in, but our drivers aren't better than Americans. We just have better insurance.
It amazes me how many C63 owners are defending street racing. Jesus, I understand that these cars have gotten cheaper, but it seems like the people who used to drive Mitsubishi Eclipses with body kits have simply moved on to AMGs, and kept the same crappy "I do what I want" attitude.

In case you didn't know, this is a C63 foru. Everyone here presumably drives the car.
I do think I am better than people who street race in traffic like the poorly endowed OP.

My take is this. I enjoy a good run through the gears with the car. If safe and no one is around, I'll jam it up a bit. If someone is around me that wants a quick run in a no traffic situation, and my wife isn't in the car and I know that I won't hurt anyone, I might make a very quick go of it. It's how I feel alive sometimes.
Having said that, I have yet to really race anyone on the street with my 63. Although I have had a handful of silly inexperienced kids in lowered Hondas try and get behind me hoping for a run. I don't do it for a few reasons. They cannot drive, and if I race them and they crash, I'm screwed. It's not worth doing.
I have not seen the video so I cannot say if the OP was being a moron or was somewhat safe, but if you are passing cars in traffic at a great rate of speed and endangering the lifes of others who didn't ask to be put in that situation, then you're a fuking moron.
