Robson used to advertise on the Maseratilife Forum. I ordered a CF rear ashtray from them and paid $400 via paypal. They asked me to send them the piece so they could refinish it. They don't carry parts. Anyway, I forgot about it. About a year later, I remembered and showed them the PayPal invoice and asked for a refund. We exchanged a few emails, then they stopped replying to me. I never got the refund. I couldn't get the money back from PayPal because too much time had passed.

Is it possible to email us (info@robson-design . com ) the previous email / conversation, purchased invoice or confirmation email and more information about the items you mentioned above? We will investigate it immediately. The possibilities of not replying to your email is low but we will still investigate it.
Some customers prefer to keep their original parts hence, their deposit will considered as payment for the OEM parts. At the same time, terms and conditions are stated clearly with regards to the refundable deposit. Item/s purchased are based on 1 to 1 exchange policy. A time frame of 14 days are given for customers to decide whether they wish to return their OEM parts to us (14 days after customers received the carbon parts). Once we received the OEM parts within the 14 days’ time frame, customers will receive their refundable deposit.
*Timeframe are flexible up to 30 days, as some customer have a busy schedule.
We hope to resolve this issue amicably
