Established in 1995, Robson Design is an establishment that has more than a decade of proven track records in manufacturing Genuine Carbon Fiber for automotive parts both interior and exterior and also customization of carbon fiber from zero. We also develop Carbon fiber Bonnets and parts of other things like Motorcycles, home furniture, accessories and etc.

Robson used to advertise on the Maseratilife Forum. I ordered a CF rear ashtray from them and paid $400 via paypal. They asked me to send them the piece so they could refinish it. They don't carry parts. Anyway, I forgot about it. About a year later, I remembered and showed them the PayPal invoice and asked for a refund. We exchanged a few emails, then they stopped replying to me. I never got the refund. I couldn't get the money back from PayPal because too much time had passed.

We will investigate it immediately. The possibilities of not replying to your email is low but we will still investigate it.
Some customers prefer to keep their original parts hence, their deposit will considered as payment for the OEM parts. At the same time, terms and conditions are stated clearly with regards to the refundable deposit. Item/s purchased are based on 1 to 1 exchange policy. A time frame of 14 days are given for customers to decide whether they wish to return their OEM parts to us (14 days after customers received the carbon parts). Once we received the OEM parts within the 14 days’ time frame, customers will receive their refundable deposit.
*Timeframe are flexible up to 30 days, as some customer have a busy schedule.
We hope to resolve this issue amicably

I would like to thank Robson for doing the right thing and refunding my money. Good professional behavior. I was attracted to this company because of the quality of their parts, and now it shows that they have the right attitude and customer service as well.
