All in Canadian $
paying 173 a month, so that $2076 a year, Toronto side.
includes Fully comprehensive ($200 deductible) , windshield cover ( $0) , liability capped at $2m.
I shopped around and found a few cheaper options, but I travel allot(at least 1 week per month) and state-farm gives free cover on all rentals so I stuck to them. But the main reason is during my last not-at fault accident, they handled the situation so well, that I decided its not worth the hassle switching to another company that may not offer that proper face-to-face interaction. ( I like to be able to pop by my brokers office, rather than wait on the phone and speak to a different agent each time)

TBH I dont remember exactly what it all covers, but I always go above and beyond what I need in coverage cause I dont trust the 95% of people here in cali with no insurance or do hit and runs. I do know my deductible for collision and comprehensive is 200.

I have a pretty heavy foot, and my wife always gets on me about driving too fast. I guess luck is on my side, for now atleast.

Well, that is a lot of money, why do you pay so much? There are a lot of companies that can offer you full coverage insurance for a much better price. You have only to search those companies on the internet. Also, be aware of scammers, because if you are not careful, you can be easily robbed. When you find a good website, check for its license, ask about other official documents that they can provide you, and also don't forget to read some reviews about it. Car insurance is a must-have in our days because you have no idea what could happen on the road, moreover in a lot of cases you are not the guilty one, but in the case of an accident, without insurance, you'll repair your car from your own money.

I just got a 2012 C63 and to add to my existing auto insurance policy the insurance company wanted $1500/year for $250/250 deductibles. Since this is NOT my daily driver (that's a GTI) and I won't be putting more than 5,000 miles a year on it I instead opted to insure this car through Hagerty. $575/year with $0/$0 deductibles. if the C63 isn't your only vehicle I HIGHER recommend checking out Hagerty's policies.
