Where can I buy a copy of this book?

Alex, thanks for the suggestion to call them.

I have in the past learned some pretty interesting things about specific models of cars by reading books either put out by a manufacturer itself, or from an author who had inside access to the people who actually conceived and/or designed it.
Examples:
- The prototype for the very effective factory headers on the Ford Coyote engine were designed and built by one of the Ford engineers, who also was a hotrodder, in his garage, on a weekend
- Many of the critical limitations of the Chevy SSR retro pickup truck were a result of GM Management forcing a very rapid move from "show vehicle" to production, by using an already EPA certified chassis, the Chevy Trailblazer chassis with pre-certified LM4 truck engine, which was not a good basis for the SSR, and not initially wanting to put the Corvette LS series engine into any other lower priced product (sound familiar to MB's aversion to putting a "510" hp M156 into a "cheaper" car like the C63?)
- The over 500hp V6 engine in the Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrafoglio that gets such rave reviews from the car mags is actually 6/8ths of a Ferrari engine, and the entire Giulia car design was managed by a former Ferrari Head of Design. Could that maybe explain why the Giulia, a $50k bargain even in canada with its higher pricing for cars, is getting such rave reviews?

I should watch my mouth, because he's allowed to say whatever he wants?
When he asks a normal on point question I give him a normal on point answer. I think even he will admit that. When he goes on a long rambly diatribe I give him a hard time, and often explain why its wacky, to which he has on multiple occasions responded with a variation on "Ah, I see what you mean. Yeah, I'll chill out on that" only to post a long rambly diatribe in the very next thread. If you are setting off as many people as he has set off, there has to be something to it, and a normal person would look at that. But no. And then he'll light some people up again, and wrap it up with "Who? Me? Whatever do you mean?" He is a stealthy, sneaky form of a troll but a troll none the less.
I find it odd that you have chosen this thread, that post, me as the place to make a stand. Im 100% in the mix with this one, no denying it, but I'm a far cry from leading the charge. No matter. Damn rights I am villager with a torch, and will be as long as Frankenstein wants to keep crashing through the village. If I offend you, then I apologize, but I also suggest that maybe you should block me. I have no beef with you, still don't, but I dont see him changing, and I probably wont either. I may get to where I can ignore him, I may not. Fair enough. I can understand that position, and I wish you nothing but the best.

Interesting you should say that. In my 6 years here, ihave I ever said anything nasty, mean, or disrespectful about YOU? If so, please post up a link.
I highly doubt everyone here hates me though, cos in those 6 years I have given pretty freely of my time to members online and in-person, to work on their cars, give them a ride, go look at cars for out of town buyers, and even give them advice in my own personal field of expertise even though there's no possibility of profit. Hell, I drove the better part of a day in snow to meet one guy who was getting his first C63. I have GIVEN members car parts that I knew they needed, or sold them in turn for a donation to a charity, and driven those parts across the border an hour away in order to ship them. I have contributed to members charities and sent free gift cards to thank them for their contributions here and/or for helping me.
So if everyone here hates me, I'd be shocked. If you hate me, despite me doing nothing to you, I can't help that. If I bug people cos some guy bugs me, well then they have the same issue I do and shouldn't point fingers.
Anyways, have a great day.

yes. I stand corrected.

Whoa! I was totally kidding with you (I thought that my Frankenstein comment would have indicated that). I was only saying that tongue-in-cheek because you seem to be getting a lot of hate for little reason - hence the "everyone hates you because you can't even get the Frankenstein's monster thing right."

gotcha. Thank you for saying so. That possibility occurred to me right after I pressed send LOL. It's true that "The Octagon" is getting inside my head a little bit lately, and I've had a couple people blindside me just today. I've worked hard to not get into the mix with most members here, like yourself, so again, thank you for clarifying.
