It's a sad day, but I'm selling my C63.
It has the legendary 6.2 L AMG V8 making 480 hp and 450 ft-lbs of torque. The car is ferociously powerful, and very fast. The large displacement means throttle response is instantaneous; stamp the gas in any gear and the car transforms into a rocket.
The exhaust note is perfect:
The car is fully loaded, with all available packages.
It has the performance package giving it increased power, red brake calipers, and a low-profile carbon fiber trunk lip.
The premium package and premium rear seating package combine to make the interior luxurious and very well equipped:
* Bluetooth;
* Navigation;
* Separate climate zones;
* Satellite radio ready;
* Built-in hard drive;
* Carbon fiber interior trim;
* Built-in sunshades in the rear doors;
* A sunshade that pops up to block out high beams on the rear window.
It also has lane departure warning, blind-spot detection, driver-alertness sensor, back up camera, and front and rear parking sensors.
The car is currently covered by a transferable warranty.
I recently had several maintenance items performed as part of the 60,000 km service including transmission fluid replacement, diff fluid replacement, and brake fluid replacement. The HID bulbs were also replaced with higher output Philips units.
Winter tires in the stock size are also available for a negotiable price. To be clear, the car was not driven, at all, from mid-October to early April last year. The winter tires simply allow the car to be enjoyed when the temperature drops below 10 degrees consistently.
With the weak Canadian dollar, this is a great opportunity to get a fully loaded car at a great price.
